Quality Fostering is an OFSTED-registered Independent Fostering Agency based in Warwickshire, proudly supporting children, young people, and foster carers across the West and East Midlands.
Our core mission is to provide safe, stable, and nurturing foster homes for children and young people who need them most. We work closely with local authorities and dedicated foster carers to ensure every child receives the care, support, and opportunities they deserve to thrive.

Our carers are never alone. We provide 24/7 out-of-hours support, so help is always just a phone call away in any emergency or uncertain situation.
Building Skills and Confidence
We offer a full range of training courses for both new and experienced carers. These are designed to equip carers with the knowledge and tools needed to provide long-term, high-quality care to children with a range of needs.
Through our Mentoring Scheme, newly approved carers are paired with experienced foster carers for peer support, advice, and encouragement, creating a strong, connected fostering community.

As proud members of Foster Talk, we extend membership to all our carers, giving them access to legal advice, counselling, financial guidance, and a wide range of expert resources.
A Team You Can Trust
Our team is made up of highly qualified Social Workers with extensive experience in child protection, crisis intervention, mediation, court processes, legislation, and assessment. This deep expertise enables us to offer a responsive, child-centred service that puts the needs of both children and carers first.
