Meet the Panel
Independent. Experienced. Fair.
Our Panel is an independent group of individuals, carefully managed by Quality Fostering, who play a vital role in the foster carer assessment process.
What does the Panel do?
If you apply to become a foster carer, your application will be reviewed by the Panel. Their role is to ensure that every assessment is thorough, consistent, and fair. After reviewing your application and supporting information, the Panel makes a formal recommendation about your approval to foster.
Who’s on the Panel?
We believe in a diverse and balanced perspective. That’s why our Panel is made up of people from a range of professional and personal backgrounds, all united by a commitment to children’s wellbeing. Members include former foster carers, teachers, social workers, and university graduates, each bringing valuable insight to the process.
We regularly require new Panel members. If you are interested in in joining the team please get in touch.
