Deputy Service Manager & Training Co-ordinator

Tracy has over 30 years experience working with children, firstly as a nursery nurse, then as a child protection social worker and representing children’s views in Court, adoption, and work overseas. Tracy co-ordinates and runs the agency’s training and is the Deputy Service Manager. Tracy has been with the agency since Oct 2010.
